Felix Baumgartner Full Body Scan, Machining, & Development.

From a 3D Scan of Felix Baumgartner's full body, we CNC Machined a life size model after which finishing with epoxy primer. We used high density urethane foam which preserved the model's accuracy and gave us great foundation to work with.

We used 1" thick billet aluminum to machine out a base on which we mounted the mannequin. The display sits in Salzburg, Austria inside Hangar 7.
