Exile Cycles - Carbon Fiber Parts
In August of 2006, Discovery Channel aired a biker build-off episode that featured our services in creating custom carbon fiber components for Russell Mitchell's Exile Cycles in Los Angeles, CA. Our services included reverse engineering from existing parts and configurations, designing the parts and CNC machining tooling and molds.
The fabrication process included the full production of the composite and carbon fiber accessories.
